Posted by Magenta Skies on 10:26 PM in , ,
It's been quite a while since my last blog entry.  I've been busy doing this and that.  My journey towards earning via online job has not stopped.  I am still in the process of researching for more opportunities to earn through working at home.

I bumped into a website where I can earn extra cash just by clicking on ads.  That sounded great and easy for me.  It was way uncomplicated than other online jobs.  The website is Clixsence.com. Signing up is quite easy since it's free but there is an option to upgrade to a premium account by paying the membership fee of USD10.  With a premium account, more clix to view will be assigned to you therefore more earnings will be on the way.  Sometimes we really have to invest to earn..

If you are interested, click on this link.  By the way, you also have the option to earn more by referring other people to join.  : )

Let's wait and make this work.  : )

Want to earn from answering questions?

Posted by Magenta Skies on 9:12 PM in , ,
The internet has been a part of my life.  I was so agitated when my laptop's LCD screen started to have these pinkish and bluish lines at the bottom.  Luckily, it is still under warranty.  So off I went to Toshiba's service center in Makati City.  I am not really fond of riding the MRT but then again, I really want to have it fixed.  It took them about 30 minutes to replace the LCD.  That's so quick! Kudos to the people at Tricom Dynamics

So I am back to finding ways to earn money online.  : )  I checked my email today and I got a message from YouthSays.  YouthSays rewards it's members for sharing their views and for answering surveys and questions and for promoting different news, social causes and the likes.

The surveys are really fun actually.  I had a great time answering them. : )  You can also earn points by verifying your account and also by asking questions.  You can post your questions and the other members will answer them and vice versa. So if you want to earn and have fun answering surveys and posting questions and answers, click on this link and join YouthSays now!

Work Online at kgb Philippines as Special Agent

Posted by Magenta Skies on 9:39 PM in , ,
With my degree in Business Administration major in Marketing, I was able to build a career in the financial industry for 6 years. In 2002, I landed a job as a Financial Executive for Philippine Axa Life Insurance Corporation and in 2005 I joined CitiFinancial as a Relationship Manager in Cubao branch.  Travelling from Pampanga to Cubao daily got so tiring. Despite the competitive salary and incentives I was getting at that time, I decided to look for a job in Pampanga  since I was getting married by March 2007.  I was hired by Philippine Business Bank as Marketing Officer/Asst. Branch Manager for their satellite branch in San Fernando. I was so happy about it. I got married and I got a good job waiting for me. While completing my requirements, I discovered that I was pregnant.  I had to tell the company since it's their right to know.  To make the story short, they dropped me because I was pregnant.  I was angered by this, however, I decided against filing a complaint against the company.

On January 2008, I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl. It was all worth it.  When she turned 6 months I started looking for a job but before I was accepted for a job, I got pregnant again. Whew! That was quick, right? For 2 years, I focused on being a full time mother of my 2 lovely children. Motherhood has its ups and downs but I sincerely believe that I am doing a good job. : )

There came a time that I really got bored.  I wanted to work again but then again, I know that I cannot focus on the job because I know I will be leaving my heart behind our home.

Moving forward, I stumbled upon this homebased online job at kgb Philippines as a Special Agent.  The job entails the agent to answer 2 way text from customers in US.  The questions are almost about anything under the sun. : )  So you have to know how to research answers on the net.  Google will be your best friend if you got accepted for this job.

Each one of the Special Agents is required to work at least 10 hours a week and 2 hours of these should be on a weekend.  You can select your shift based on your availability.

So what do you need to work for kgb?  Here are the requirements:

 * Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

 * Must have a Philippines Social Security System number or validated E1/E4/E6 Form
 * Must have a Philippines mailing address

 * Must submit paperwork at one of our call centers in Makati City or Santa Rosa, Laguna; if you live in a remote area and cannot visit a center, you can submit information via courier service (additional details to follow about this during Registration)

 * Must agree to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, but scheduling is flexible
        o Maximum per day is 6 hours; Maximum per week is 36 hours
     o You will be required to work at least 2 hours of your 10 hour weekly commitment between 6AM Saturday and 6AM Monday Philippines time (pending shift availability)
 * Cannot already be employed by kgb or any of its subsidiaries
 * Must have access to a computer with a high-speed internet connection and Mozilla Firefox web browser

and what are the qualifications?

 * Skilled Internet researcher

 * Ability to quickly identify keywords
 * Excellent grammar and spelling
 * Fast and accurate typing
 * Enthusiastic, passionate, creative, clever, curious, and dedicated

Hmmm... You might be wondering about the compensation.. : )  It's not much actually but it will help in paying the bills.  The pay would range from 2,500 to 10,000 a month.. That depends on how much work you do and how good you are.

But first you must pass the online examination for you to move on the online training.  They are really good at this online thingy. : )

When you pass the challenge, please indicate my email: mizgigglee@yahoo.com so that they know that I referred you.

What I like about this job is that it is very convenient and it's quite easy.  If you have questions, please feel free to comment or send me an email. You can also check the site of kgb Philippines for more info. : )

Good luck. : )

THE FIRST STEP IN MAKING MONEY ONLINE

Posted by Magenta Skies on 3:24 PM in , , ,
Most people would wonder on the process of getting the payment from doing online jobs

.  The best option that I can recommend is to open a Paypal
;account.  It is the safest way to send and receive money online.  So how do you open a Paypal account here in the Philippines?  You need to have a credit card otherwise you can get an EON card at any Union Bank branch.

For those you don't have a credit card, here are some steps on opening a Paypal account:

1. Go to any Unionbank branch and open a EON card.  You need 2 valid IDs like Passport, SSS ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID etc. An EON card is a debit card that does not have a maintaining balance but instead an annual fee of Php 350. You will need to wait for 7 business days before you can get your card and I suggest that you deposit at least Php 200 on the account because you will need it when you sign up for Paypal.

2.  Once you have your EON card with you, sign up for the e-banking service of Unionbank
. Be ready for your card when you sign for this service because it will ask you to type in your card number and 4-digit pin.Give them 48 hours to activate your account.

3.  Once your e-banking service is active, you can now enroll for an account in Paypal. Make sure that you select Philippines as your country of origin and US$ as your currency. The website will then ask you to type in your card number and CVV (this is the 3-digit number at the back of your card). Enter the address that you used for your EON account.

4.  When you register for Paypal, there is a charge of $1.95 so you need to have at least Php200 on your account.  You will be issued a 4-digit Expanded Use number that will be reflected on your e-banking statement after 5 working days.

5.  After you receive your 4-digit Expanded number, you can now verify your EON card on your Paypal account.

That's your first step in earning from working online.

Before I started looking for online jobs, this is the first thing that I did. : ) I was almost ready to roll by the time that I got my first  online job
I hope this helps. : )

Motherhood and Blogging

Posted by Magenta Skies on 1:47 PM in
Writing has always been one of ways to express my experiences, feelings, insights and thoughts. I started writing since I was in grade school. I still have my diaries from elementary to college. There was a time that I read each one of them. I rekindled and reminisced each and every story written in the pages of what I call my journal. I laughed at my grammatical errors and my self-centered opinions. I was abashed and disgraced over my stupidity over petty things and even my not so attractive crushes. Yuck! : ) Emphaty was what I felt for myself for my failures and heartbreaks. Is t possible to emphatize with oneself? : ) That's a bit confusing. However, that's what I felt. Reading one's journal is like opening someone's wallet or someone's closet. It is the home of all secrets.

When I was in college, I remembered bragging about my grades and my plan to apply for a scholarship. I did not tell anyone about it and I was so surprised when somebody mentioned about my plan. I knew then that someone read my diary. I was so annoyed and shamefaced over it. I did not confront that person but I know that she is aware about it.</div>
Keeping a journal somehow became extinct so I started blogging. People from all walks of life get to read my entries and some even give comments. I started to join a small circle of bloggers who constantly and religiously write and read blogs almost everyday. I enjoyed my anonymity. I wrote poems and shared about my angst and even my mean streak.
When I got married in 2007, I stopped blogging and I missed writing. I still kept a blog in my friendster account but it was not what my heart wanted. After 3 years and after giving birth to 2 lovely daughters, I am more than happy to be back... : ) I am hoping to find new friends here. I will be sharing my life after giving up my career and my journey through motherhood and marriage.
